These terms apply to all orders placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pre-orders

Our founding collection is sold on pre-order. When you place a pre-order we take payment in full and confirm the order by email. The expected dispatch window is shown on the product page and at checkout, and you confirm it before paying. If it changes, we will write to you straight away.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund, from your account or the link in your confirmation email. Prices are in pounds sterling and include every charge shown at checkout. We may decline an order, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Delivery

Delivery charges and timescales are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Unopened items may be returned within thirty days for a full refund.

The Seasonal Box

The Seasonal Box is a membership for a year. You join by buying the box and ticking a separate box at checkout to agree to these terms, which are shown in full before you pay.

• What you receive. At each turn of the season (early in March, June, September and December), a box holding a letter from the House, a full 50 ml eau de parfum chosen for you, and a small seasonal gift. We name each bottle in a letter at least seven days before the box is charged, and you may ask for another in your account before then.
• Price and term. £95 a box, and four boxes in the first year (£380 in all). The first is paid when you join and travels with your order; each later box is charged as its season turns, to the card you paid with or, until we offer saved cards, by a secure payment link we send you. Your price is kept for as long as you remain a member.
• Reminders. We write at least seven days before every charge, with the amount, the date and the bottle, and we write again when your first year is complete.
• Cancelling. You may cancel for a full refund at any time until your first box arrives, and within fourteen days of its arrival (please return it unopened). After that, during your first year, you may ask to stop at any time: your membership then ends with your fourth box, and nothing more is charged. Once the first year is complete, the membership continues box by box and you may cancel at any time, free of charge, from your account or the link in any membership letter; you may also skip one box in any twelve months, and if a box has not yet been dispatched you may have it refunded within fourteen days of its charge.
• If a payment does not go through, we try again after three and seven days, and then pause your membership; nothing further is charged while it is paused.

Gifts and guest cards

Any order may be sent as a gift: wrapped, with your message printed in a gift letter, and with no prices in the parcel. Gift orders are charged at the usual price. Each gift box holds a guest card with a single-use code worth £15 on a first eau de parfum, for someone who has not ordered from us before. It cannot be used on the Seasonal Box, exchanged for cash or combined with another offer, and it expires twelve months after it is issued.
