We would rather know you for years than sell to you once. So a bottle each season costs less than a bottle bought on its own: £95, against £110. Each box holds a letter for the season, a full bottle chosen for you, and a little something to welcome the season in.

The terms in full

£95 a box, once a season (four boxes a year), each with a full 50 ml bottle, against £110 for a bottle bought on its own. Your price is kept for as long as you remain a member.
Your first box is paid for today and comes with our first bottles. We will confirm when it is sent before you pay.
Membership is for a year: four boxes, £380 in all, today’s included. Each later box is charged as the season turns, early in March, June, September and December.
When each later box falls due, we send you a secure link to pay for it.
We write at least seven days before every charge, with the amount, the date and the bottle we have chosen for you. If you would like another, choose it in your account.
You may cancel for a full refund until your first box arrives, and for fourteen days after it arrives (please send it back unopened). After that, you may ask to stop at any time during your first year: your membership then ends with your fourth box, and nothing more is charged.
Once your first year is complete, it continues box by box at the same price. You may then cancel free of charge at any time, from your account or the link in any letter, skip one box a year, and have a full refund within 14 days of a charge if that box has not yet left us. We write to tell you when your year is complete.

When will it arrive?

Nothing is dispatched yet, because we are not taking orders yet. The first three fragrances are being made to order in time for Christmas, and the other three follow in the new year. When pre-orders open, we will give you the dispatch date before you pay, and write when yours leaves us. Tracked delivery within the United Kingdom usually takes two to four working days after dispatch.

What does delivery cost?

Within the United Kingdom, tracked delivery is £4.95, and complimentary on orders from £95. We deliver within the United Kingdom only for now. That is all: nothing else is added at checkout.

How does The Seasonal Box work?

It is a year with the House: at every turn of the season, a box with a letter written for it, a full 50 ml bottle chosen for you, and a little something to welcome the season in. £95 a box, against £110 for a bottle bought on its own, because we would rather know you for years than sell to you once.

Membership is for a year: four boxes, £380 in all. The first is paid when you join; the rest early in March, June, September and December. We name each bottle a week ahead, from your Consultation and what you already have, and you may always ask for another.

You may cancel for a full refund until your first box arrives, and for 14 days after. After that, asking to stop during the first year means it ends with your fourth box. Once the year is complete it carries on box by box, and you may stop at any time.

Do I have to join The Seasonal Box?

No. The Seasonal Box is a product of its own: you join only by choosing it and agreeing to its terms at checkout. A bottle on its own is always just a bottle.

Can I send it as a gift?

Of course. At checkout, tick “This is a gift”, write your message, and choose to deliver to a different address. We wrap it in the House paper (for Christmas, from mid-November), print your message in a gift letter, and leave out every price.

Every gift box also holds a guest card: whoever is new to the House and holds it pays what our founders pay on a first bottle. The gift itself is never discounted.

And if it is not quite right when it arrives?

Unopened bottles may be returned within thirty days of delivery. If you are unsure which fragrance to choose, the Discovery Set is the kinder place to begin.
